After an extensive career in banking and sales, Karen found her true calling in real estate. Her favourite part of her work has always been the planning process with her clients, and now her real estate clients can take advantage of her knowledge and experience as they plan to buy or sell their home.
Born and raised in Liverpool, England, Karen has called Qualicum Beach home with her family for over 25 years. Accordingly, She has extensive knowledge of the local area and real estate market, as well as the many amenities Vancouver Island has to offer.
From home staging to home improvement, Karen takes a hands-on approach to her role and she is always happy to share her experience to help you find your dream home or to prepare your property for viewing and sale. Karen also has personal experience buying and selling homes as well as managing a rental property, and can help guide you through doing the same.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and walking her dog through Vancouver Island’s great outdoors. She is committed to supporting you before, during, and after a home purchase or sale and can help you make this experience as stress-free as possible!
